Cancun, Mexico

We just returned from Cancun. Ann had arranged everything for us. Her attention to detail was perfect from everything to the airport transfers, hotel accommodations, and resort credit. We have used Ann before and will continue to do so in the future because her service.

Aruba

We traveled to Aruba for a small getaway for a couple of days (a mental vacation) if you will. Anne (Ms. friends travel herself) set everything up for us; the transportation to and from the airports, to the hotel and back, the hotel arrangements, she is amazing when it comes to details!. We can not say thank you enough for not having to worry about ANYTHING - she did it all!. I think that is the reason my friends and family continue to use Friends travel; you tell her where you want to go and she does the rest. Anne is the travel queen. Thank you again Friends travel for making my family feel like your family. I know we will be traveling again with you in the near future.

Montego Bay

I worked with Ann to coordinate a trip of 20 people to an all inclusive resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica (Secrets St James). When I say the entire trip from beginning to end went off without a hitch, I mean it. Ann coordinated amongst the 20 travelers as to their flight preferences and various days of stay and it was just a pleasure to run this trip through her. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a travel agent.

Panama

We arrived at the gorgeous Breezes Resort and Spa which took our breath away! Greeted with delicious passion fruit drinks/fresh pineapple wedges, we were quickly checked in. Our rooms and the views from them took our breath away! The many pools, ocean, activities, three delicious restaurants, each better than the last plus the huge open buffet rooms were wonderful! Visiting a dormant Anton volcano village, we also went to a jungle zoo and a suspension bridge at the El Chorro Macho that was straight out of National Geographic! Shopping at the village and Artesania Pacifica was wonderful, the people friendly. The Panama Canal a wonder. We danced, sang, laughed, ate our way thru this great five-day vacation and have Ann Torcivia of Friends Travel to thank!!.

The Grand Canyon and Hawaii

Ann Torcivia is a consummate pro! Hawaii was made even more gorgeous and enjoyable due to her conscientious attention to detail. My birthday at the Grand Canyon was the icing on the cake of booking travel with Ann and her Friends Travel agency. We look forward to our trip to Panama with her!!

Italy

Ann, There are no words to explain what a wonderful trip we had during our 16 day tour of Italy. The Trafalga Tour Group were exceptional. Their knowledge of all the cities we visited was better than a tour book. We were never lost, always on time and our luggage was always in our room soon after our arrival. There were surprises that we didn't know about, like being in the Vatican for Palm Sunday Mass & Blessing. It was a once in a lifetime experience and we were all so grateful to the point of tears. We were with 48 other travelers and we soon became a family. My husband and I will always remember our 45 Anniversary and this glorious trip to Italy. We are looking forward to some other vacations but will be back to Italy soon. Ann we can't thank you enough for all your help and kindness and we look forward to you helping us plan our next trip to Alaska. You are a wonderful person, many thanks for all your help, kindness in planning our vacations.

Walt Disney World, Florida

Ann, Thank you for all of your help in planning our trip to Disney! Everything was truly a magical experience. The transportation vouchers for the Magical Express bus arrived a few days before we left NY. We had a very smooth flight with Jet Blue into Orlando and very smooth arrival from the airport to the Caribbean Beach Resort. The meal plan was an added bonus and all the restaurants and quick service dining areas made everything so convenient. It was well worth it!!! A friend at work referred me to Friends Travel and I am so glad she did. I will have to call Ann at Friends Travel for future vacation plans. Take care and thanks again!!

Best of Jamaica 2008 was fantastic.

We travel a lot, but that was one of the best trips we've ever taken. Good food, activities, sights and outstanding people and a travel agent that put together all of the pieces. Thanks, Ann!

Great experience!

Trying to plan a honeymoon within a limited budget is a difficult task! We had visited with several other travel agencies and we couldn't decide on anything. Then a friend of my future husband suggested we go see Ann at Friends' Travel - well, I can only say that not only did we decide on our honeymoon destination that afternoon (Costa Rica with Caravan Tours), it was the smoothest travel planning I have ever been involved with -- Friends' Travel took care of everything, from booking the tour and airfare to sending us other tips and information. I would highly recommend Friends' Travel for all your travel needs!! Plus, they do some great charity work as well.

By far, the best travel agency experience!

For the longest time my family and I have used either Liberty Travel or Expedia.com. Recently a co-worker introduced me to Ann at Friends Travel and I am so happy they did. Ann has gone above and beyond to help out with all the special (dietary) needs in my family as well as work her magic to get every possible upgrade for us, without costing more $. I forgot how nice it is to be able to speak with a travel agent about your plans/trip. I can say that Friends Travel now has the allegiance of me and my entire family. Thanks Ann!
